The purpose of the paper is to examine the effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of undergraduate college students. The data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire in a convenience sample of 166 students from various faculties of a university in the Arequipa region. In this quantitative study, an attempt was made to explain the cause-effect of the data through linear regression using the SPSS version 26 software. The findings revealed that satisfaction explains 47% of student loyalty. Therefore, it is concluded that universities have to work on keeping their students satisfied by applying a series of strategies that help increase their loyalty.
