The social reintegration of minors in the Youth Center for Diagnosis and Rehabilitation of Lima - 2018

The objective of this paper is to determine how the role of the Judiciary is related to social reinsertion in the Youth Center for Diagnosis and Rehabilitation of Lima, for this purpose a descriptive-correlational investigation, with a quantitative approach and non-specific design, was developed. experimental, with a single measurement so the cut is transversal; being the sample made up of 80 employees of the Youth Center for Diagnosis and Rehabilitation, including educators (70) and psychologists (10), to whom an instrument with 40 questions on a Likert categorical scale was applied, with a reliability of 0.811 and 0.89, for each variable; the answers were treated by means of the descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, both worked with the statistical software SPSS in version 25; the descriptive results show that there are inadequate perceptions, which is why it is necessary to adopt improvement programs in order to achieve the objectives of the treatment programs; In the inferential analysis, it was shown that there is a significant correlation from moderate to very high between the Role of the Judiciary and social reintegration in the Juvenile Center for Diagnosis and Rehabilitation and its dimensions.
